The BEST + Easy Healthy Granola Recipe
This freshly baked granola recipe is packed with delicious and good-for-you ingredients and is super easy to make!

2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 tsp himalayan salt
1/2 cup raisins and/or dried cranberries*
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup coconut oil
1 tsp pure vanilla
2 tbsp egg whites
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
2. Add all ingredients up to raisins/cranberries into a bowl and stir. Set to the side.
3. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Once mixed, combine with other bowl.
4. Evenly spread granola on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until granola is to preferred crispness.
6. Sprinkle over yogurt, or enjoy as a quick snack on-the-go!
Notes
*Optional, but yummy! You can also add unsweetened shredded coconut.
