Meet the Doc!

Dr. Ashlen grew up in northern Illinois and received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Health from Iowa State University in 2013. Dr. Ashlen’s special interest in holistic and preventative health led her to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer in Davenport, Iowa. Since graduating in 2017, she has served patients in South Carolina, Colorado, and Tennessee. She has well-rounded experience working with integrative teams in both regenerative medicine and functional medicine clinics. Dr. Ashlen knows the body is designed to heal from the inside-out when given the right care. She loves empowering her patients to take control of their health by helping them live up to their full God-given potential.
In her free time, you can find her spending time with her husband, Tyler and their dog, Onyx. She also enjoys reading or listening to a good book, playing softball in one of Nashville’s co-ed leagues, or cheering on her favorite football team, the Indianapolis Colts. On the weekends, you can find her trying out one of many of the great restaurants the Nashville area has to offer.
