Nitrates: Beetroots contain nitrates that can help with blood pressure and may improve athletic performance and brain function.
Vitamins & Minerals: Beetroots provide a good source of folate, B-vitamin, potassium, magnesium & vitamin C.

✅ 10 Granny Smith Apples
✅ 3/4 Lemon
✅ 1 inch Ginger
✅ 1/2 bunch of Kale
Clean all fruits and cut them up into slices, place them in a juicer, squeeze and then enjoy!
