You've Probably Been Told It's Nothing

You may have lived with back pain for years, visited several chiropractors, or completed physical therapy. Perhaps you tried stretching regularly but stopped because it did not seem to help.

Somewhere along the way, someone probably told you it was stress, or your age, or that you'd just have to live with it.

You don't need to be talked out of what you're feeling. You need someone to actually look.

I used to live at a 5-8 on the pain scale, with screaming neuropathic fire in my left leg waking me up every few hours.

I'm a rotoscoliosis patient with a 90-degree torque inverting the nerves of my lower spine from left-to-right to front-to-back — one of the more difficult patients to adjust and care for. For years I was terrified an adjustment could cause complications. Dr. Codinach's treatment is unparalleled. She'll tell you she's not a healer, but I'll always be grateful for the life-changing care she's given me. I was a skeptic of chiropractic care going in. What sets this clinic apart is the level of personalized involvement, backed by a genuinely strong community. Other facilities can feel like a body shop — "what's the problem today?" Here, you get x-rays, a full exam, and a personalized treatment plan before you're ever adjusted. The forethought and polish here earn every bit of this clinic's rating. If you're just starting your journey to wellness, start here. The hands-on care is unmatched, recovery is guided through isometric exercises, and the staff make you feel welcomed immediately. The red light therapy is a great bonus too. This is hands-down the best clinic in Middle Tennessee. I used to live at a 5-8 on the pain scale, with screaming neuropathic fire in my left leg waking me up every few hours. Not anymore.
