No one wants to deal with the affects of arthritis, let alone have a child have to suffer through them. Arthritis is a painful disease that many people in America suffer from. In the United States alone, it is estimated that over 300,000 children suffer from juvenile arthritis. That number is scary! Some children only suffer from the pain for a short amount of time, while others can lead to a lifetime of pain. There is not an exact cause of juvenile arthritis, but research has shown that a possible auto-immune disease could be the case. While our body gives us warning signs that something is wrong, we oftentimes allow the pain to go untreated.ย

1/2 tsp pure vanilla extractย 

1/4 tsp cinnamon

4oz of 80% melted baking chocolate

Add all ingredients to a food processor. Process food until smooth and creamy. Place in small dishes and chill for 1 hour. Enjoy!
